翼状胬肉围手术期的中西医结合治疗

摘　　要：目的：探讨翼状胬肉围手术期的中西医结合治疗效果。方法选取2012年4月至2014年3月我院收治的翼状胬肉64例（80眼）进行分析，按照治疗方法分成观察组和对照组各32例（40眼），观察组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组仅采用西医治疗，观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后裸眼视力。结果观察组痊愈率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），复发率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后裸眼视力均有明显提高（P＜0.05），且观察组提高水平明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论翼状胬肉采用中西医结合治疗能够有效提高患者的治愈率，提高裸眼视力，降低复发率，安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of treatment of perioperative pterygium with traditional Chinese combined with western medicine.Methods 64 cases with pterygium （80 eyes） were selected from April 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital and their data were analyzed. They were divided into observation group and control group each group of 32 cases （40 eyes） according to the method of treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine, while patients in the control group treated with western medicine alone. The clinical effi cacy and naked vision before and after treatment were observed.Results The cure rate was signifi cantly higher （P ＆lt;0.05） and the recurrence rate in observation group were signifi cantly lower than that in the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）, the naked visions after treatment were signifi cantly enhanced in two groups （P ＆lt;0.05）, while the enhanced degree of naked visions in the observation group were improved significantly better than that in the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Combination therapy on pterygium can improve the cure rate of patients, enhance naked visions and reduce the recurrence rate. Also it is safe and effective.
