摘 要:重18井区油藏具有油层埋藏较浅,高孔、高渗、原油黏度较高的特征.稠油油藏水平井热采技术已经在重18井区现场得到广泛应用,但在生产过程中存在水平段吸汽不均匀、汽窜严重、油汽比低等问题,影响吞吐开发效果.以重18井区侏罗系齐古组三段为研究对象,利用油藏数值模拟方法,对该层位的稠油水平井在不同注采参数下吞吐3个周期的开发指标进行研究.并通过正交分析法简化油藏数值模拟设计方案,得到了重18井区J3q3层吞吐开采的最优注采参数:注汽强度12t/m、井底注汽干度0.75以上、注汽速度170t/d、焖井时间2d、单井配产液量20~25t/d、生产时间100d.Wellblock Zhong 18 had the features of shallow burial depth,high porosity,high permeability and high oil viscosity.The technology of thermal recovery of horizontal wells has been widely used in Wellblock Zhong 18,but there existed some problems of non-uniform steam adsorption,serious steam channeling and low oil and proportion in horizontal section.To resolve the above problems,the production indexes of 3cycles of steam soaking in heavy-oil horizontal well were studied under different injection-production parameters with the reservoir numerical simulation method by taking Jarussic J3q3 as subject of study.Orthogonal analysis method is used to simplify the design program of oil reservoir numerical simulation,the optimal injection-production parameters of Jarussic J3q3 are obtained,they includes that steam injection intensity is 12t/m,dryness fraction of downhole steam injection is above 0.75,steam injection speed is 170t/d,soak period is 2d,well production proration is 20~25t/d,production cycle time is 100 d.
