摘 要:文章通过分析地方高校工商管理类专业课程体系存在的课程设计理念不够清晰、课程体系不够科学、课程内容不够务实、课程特色不够鲜明、课程平台不够完备等五个问题,提出了课程体系改革的前瞻性、柔性化、实践性、特色化、开放性等五大基本原则,在此基础上,提出将"优化"和"融合"作为课程体系改革的两大基本方向,探讨通过确立科学的课程建设理念、构建"平台+模块"课程体系、完善专业实践教学平台、加强课程内容整合、打造优质课程群、夯实课程建设载体等六大课程体系改革路径,最后,从内涵发展、开放协同、师资建设、质量监控等四个方面构筑课程体系改革与优化动态调整机制。Based on the analysis of current curriculum system of business administration majors in local colleges, there are five primary problems: unclear curriculum designing, unscientific course system, impractical course contents,indistinctive curriculum features, inadequate curriculum platform. The five basic principles of curriculum system reform are put forward, such as being forward-looking, being flexible, being practical, being characterized, being open. Furthermore, this paper puts forward the "optimization" and "integration" as the two basic directions, proposes six curriculum system reform approaches, including developing scientific idea of curriculum construction, establishing the "platform +module" curriculum system, improving the professional practice teaching platform, strengthening the course content integration, creating the high-quality curriculum groups, consolidating the course construction carrier. Finallly, this paper constructs the dynamic adjustment mechanism of curriculum system from the perspective of the connotation development, open collaboration, faculty development and quality control.
