多层螺旋CT双期增强扫描在结肠癌术前分期的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT双期增强扫描对结肠癌术前诊断及分期的价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的56例结肠癌患者CT资料,并将CT影像学分期与术后病理分期进行比较,观察多层螺旋CT在结肠癌术前诊断和分期中的敏感性和准确性。结果:检出所有结肠肿瘤病变,敏感性和准确性为100%。影像学分期和病理学分期对比:T分期准确性为91.07%;N分期准确性为85.71%;M分期准确性为100%。结论:多层螺旋CT双期增强扫描对结肠癌术前诊断与分期价值较高,对临床制定合理的手术方式或治疗方案具有重要的指导价值。Objective：To explore preoperative diagnostic and staging value of MSCT dual phase enhanced scanning for colorectal carcinoma.Methods：Fifty six patients with histological proven colorectal carcinomas in clinical were retrospectively analyzed.The preoperative imageology staging results by spiral CT were compared with the postoperative pathological staging,to analysis the accuracy and sensitivity of preoperative diagnostic and staging by multislice spiral CT.Results：All of colorectal tumor-like lesions were check out by Multi-slice spiral CT scanning,the accuracy rate was 100％,the sensitivity was 100％.The accuracy rate of imageology staging contrasted to pathology taging was T stage 91.07％,N stage 85.71％,M stage 100％.Conclusion：Multi-slice spiral CT dual-phase enhanced scanning play an important role in the diagnosis and staging of the colorectal carcinoma,and can effectively guide the surgical operation plan.
