摘  要:为了明确产地、品种、收获时期及年份对油用亚麻α-亚麻酸含量影响程度,本项试验以α-亚麻酸为测定指标,采用气相色谱法测定了"坝选3号"等5个油用亚麻品种2个不同收获时期,以及内蒙古、河北两省区七个产地油用亚麻籽实中的α-亚麻酸含量。结果表明:1.同一地点测定5个油用亚麻品种间α-亚麻酸含量最高相差4.476个百分点,不同品种间α-亚麻酸含量有较大差异。2.不同品种两个收获时期α-亚麻酸含量差异在1.052-1.896个百分点之间,同一品种不同收获时期α-亚麻酸含量有明显变化,随着成熟度的提高,α-亚麻酸含量相应提高。3.同一品种在同一地点不同年份α-亚麻酸含量也有一定变化,最高年份和最低年份相差1.338个百分点。4."坝选3号"在5个不同产地测定α-亚麻酸含量变动幅度在53.802%-60.579%之间,最多相差6.777个百分点,同一品种在不同产地α-亚麻酸有较大差异。5.基于本项试验设置范围,通过初步分析,对油用亚麻α-亚麻酸含量影响程度依次是产地(生态因素)、品种、收获时期和年份(气象因素)。选用"坝选3号"油用亚麻品种在类似河北沽源大二号生态区域种植,并适当推迟收获是获得高α-亚麻酸含量有效途径。In order to investigate how planting area,variety,harvesting preiods and climate influence α-linolenic acid content in linseed,Baxuan 3 harvested at 2 different periods and other linseeds collected from 7 planting areas such as Inner Mongolia and Hebei Province,were measured by gas chromatography method to test α-linolenic acid content.The results showed that the maximum difference reached 4.476% between 5 varieties at the same planting area,and there was a relative evident difference between different varieties.There was a difference range of 1.052-1.896% between different varieties at 2 harvesting periods,and there was an evident difference for the same variety at 2 harvesting periods,α-linolenic acid content increased with the increasing of maturity.There was also difference for the same variety at the same planting area in different years,and the highest difference was 1.338%.The range of α-linolenic acid content was 53.802%-60.579% for Baxuan 3 harvested from 5 planting areas,the highest difference was 6.777%.As results,the influential factors ranked as planting areas (ecological factor),variety,harvesting time and year (climate factor).The effective way to get high α-linolenic acid content is to harvest late properly,when choosing Baxuan 3 as oil flax planted in the area similar to the ecological region in Kuyuan large Ⅱ in Hebei province.
