浅谈“肝病实脾”

摘　　要：文章从肝与脾的生理及病理关系,肝病如何传脾,如何实脾等方面浅析《金匮要略》中"见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾"的含义,同时以脏腑虚实及五脏生克制化为原理,推论出五脏虚实的相应治疗法则,为脏腑虚实的治疗提供思路。The article explains the theory that when hepatopathy exist, which will cause splenopathy, spleen must be nourished in advance in the book Synopsis of Golden Chamber, From the relationship between physiological and pathological of liver and spleen and how to cause splenopathy and how to nourish spleen etc. meanwhile ,with asthenia and sthenia of zang organs and fu organs and interpromotion and interrestraint of five zang organs as principle, author infer to Corresponding treatment principle of asthenia and sthenia of five zang organs and offer thought for therapy of asthenia and sthenia of zang organs and fu organs.
