摘　　要：目的通过本研究寻找影响医护人员身心健康状况的主要因素,探讨如何缓解医护人员压力,更好服务患者的方法。方法对某医院不同科室、不同性别、年龄、职称及不同受教育程度的医护人员进行问卷调查。结果调查结果显示:69.56%的医护人员身体健康状况一般,58.69%的医护人员存在着焦虑或抑郁的情况,且女性的比例高于男性。结论影响医护人员身心健康的因素是多重的,建立健全的社会伦理环境,制定明确、规范的医疗伦理行为规范,普及精神心理伦理知识,关爱医护人员心理健康可以有效缓解医护人员压力。Objective：To find out how to relieve doctors and nurses＇ pressure and provide better services for patients by analyzing the main factors that might affect their mental and physical health.Method：Questionnaire survey was carried out among 200 doctors and nurses in different departments of a tertiary hospital,with different gender,age,professional title and education level.Results：It was shown that 69.56% of doctors and nurses have health problems in some degree,58.69% of the doctors and nurses suffer from anxiety or depression,and the proportion of women is higher than men.Conclusion：There are many factors that affect doctors and nurses＇ mental and physical health,and we could take some measures to alleviate the pressure on medical staff,such as establish sound social ethics environment,make clear,standard medical ethics and code of conduct,popularize psychological moral knowledge,concern about doctors and nurses＇mental health.
