摘　　要：医患双方利益差别导致利益冲突,医患双方认知存在巨大差异,人文关怀的缺失以及ICU病房的封闭化管理、高额治疗费用等缺陷,容易诱发医患冲突。通过提升医患双方素质,加强医患沟通,对医者主体给予人文关怀,完善法律法规和监控体系等方法,减少ICU医患冲突发生,在确保发挥ICU救治作用的同时,充分保障患者及其家属的权益。Doctors and patients different interests lead to conflicts of interest,there is a huge difference,the lack of humanistic care and ICU closed management,high cost of treatment,easy to cause the doctor-patient conflicts.Both doctors by enhancing quality,strengthening the doctor-patient communication,for medical subject to humanistic care,perfect the laws and regulations and methods of monitoring and control system,reduce the ICU doctor-patient conflict,while ensure that play a role of ICU treatment,full protection of the rights of patients and their families.
