摘　　要：通过分析保肢治疗、截肢术治疗、放化疗肢体骨肿瘤的原则及特点,以及由并发症引发的伦理问题和手术中所遇到的医学伦理问题,提出了从医学伦理学角度思考肢体骨肿瘤患者和医师决策治疗的方式,包括:医师要不断提高自己水平;要遵循医学伦理学的基本原则;要加强医患沟通和人文关怀。Based on the analysis on the principles and characteristics of limb salvage surgery,amputation,chemoradiotherapy,the ethical issues caused by complications and operations,this paper put forward from the point of view of medical ethics thinking limb bone tumor patients and physicians decision treatment ways,including：doctors should constantly improve their level ; follow the basic principles of medical ethics ; strengthen the doctor-patient communication and humanistic care.
