摘 要:目的:探讨核磁共振全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI)在乳腺癌患者术后随访中的应用价值。方法:对42例乳腺癌患者术后随访移患者行核磁共振全身弥散加权成像检查,并对可疑转移部位行常规MRI检查。利用三维最大密度投影(3D MIP)及黑白翻转技术重建出类PET图像,测量病灶的表观弥散系数(ADC),并进行良、恶性病变的ADC值对比,同时进行统计学分析。结果:8例患者35个病灶,全身弥散加权成像上呈高信号,ADC图为低信号,病灶的ADC值明显降低。上述病灶均经临床证实为恶性病变或转移瘤。结论:WB-DWI对乳腺癌患者术后转移病变的检出有重要的临床应用价值。Objective: To study the magnetic resonance whole body diffusion weighted imaging ( WB- DWI ) value in breast cancer patients postoperative follow-up. Methods : 42 cases of breast cancer patients with magnetic resonance whole body diffusion weighted imaging, and conventional MRI suspicious transfer parts. We used 3 D projection ( MIP 3 D )maximum density and black and white and reverse technology reconstruction of PET images, apparent diffusion coefficient ( ADC ) values of measured lesions, benign and malignant lesions and the ADC values of contrast, at the same time, we made the statistical analysis. Re,suits: 8 patients were found 35 lesions, both had high signal on DWI image, ADC at low signal, each lesion ADC values were significantly lower compared with the normal region. The lesions were confirmed by clinic as malignant lesions or metastases. Conclusion : WB-DWI postoperative metastasis lesions detected in patients with breast cancer can have important clinical value.
