美洲大蠊抗消化性溃疡研究进展

摘　　要：消化性溃疡通常指发生在胃和十二指肠部位的慢性溃疡,与酸性胃液的消化作用有关。消化性溃疡发病率较高,我国各地在接受胃镜检查的患者中,消化性溃疡的检出率高达16%~33%。美洲大蠊药材及其提取物具有抗溃疡作用好、不良反应少及来源丰富的特点,因而在临床上广泛应用。该文将对消化性溃疡及美洲大蠊治疗溃疡的相关研究加以综述,为二者进一步的研究开发提供参考。Peptic ulcer is usually chronic ulceration which occurs in the stomach and duodenum, related to digestive effects of acidic gastric juice. Peptic ulcer incidence is high. In our country＇s patients undergoing gastroscopy, peptic ulcer disease detection rate was 16%-33%. Periplaneta americana and its extract have good antiulcer effect, less adverse reaction and rich source of features. It is widely used in clinic. This paper reviewed the research on peptic ulcer and Periplaneta americana treatment of ulcer, Droviding the reference for the further research and development.
