摘 要:为鉴定2013年初造成山东潍坊某羊场羊群发病的病原,本研究从患病山羊器官中分离到2株致病细菌,对分离的菌株经形态特征、生化试验及致病性试验进行鉴定,并通过分离菌株16S rRNA基因序列比较和系统发育分析。鉴定结果表明分离株为鲍曼不动杆菌;此外,16S rRNA基因同源性比对分析显示2株分离菌株核苷酸序列之间同源性为100%,与参考菌株NC009085株(人源)鲍曼不动杆菌标准菌株核苷酸序列同源性为100%,与绵羊源、牛源、鹅源鲍曼不动杆菌参考菌株核苷酸序列同源性分别为100%,99.9%,99.9%;耐药性结果显示其仅对舒巴坦和强力霉素敏感,致病性试验结果显示其对小鼠具有较强的致病作用。该分离株与人源、绵羊源、牛源和鹅源鲍曼不动杆菌的亲缘关系较近,可能为人畜共患病病原菌。In order to indentify the etiological agents of Capra hircus in a farm of WeiFang, two isolates of bacteria were isolated from affected Capra hircus and identified as Acinetobacter baumannii by bacteria morphology, cultural character, physiological, biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequencing. The result revealed that 16S rRNA gene of the isolates shared the homology of 100% with reference strain (NC009085) of A.baumannii; The homology was 100% between the isolates and 100%, 99.9%, 99.9% with sheep, bovine, goose source reference strains of A.baumannii. Drug sensitive tests showed that these isolates were highly sensitive to sulbactam and doxycycline. Experimeutal infection test indicated that the bacterium had high pathogenicity to mice. The genetic relationship of the isolates with A.baumannii from human, sheep, bovine and goose was close, so the isolates may be zoonoses pathogens.
