摘 要:针对出口内燃动车动力包的双层隔振问题,根据双层隔振系统的结构参数,建立双层隔振系统的有限元模型。对双层隔振系统进行了模态计算,掌握了系统的频率特性。根据柴油机组激振力的频率特性,定量对双层隔振系统进行模态匹配分析。对双层隔振系统进行谐响应计算,准确判断构架和机组是否发生共振,验证模特匹配的合理性。施加怠速工况下的各个激振力,对双层隔振系统进行了强迫振动计算,计算双层隔振系统的振动烈度和传递率。结果表明:双层隔振系统的隔振性能良好,能满足实际工程需求,研究结果可为实际工程提供参考。Aimed at solving two-stage vibration isolation problems in the power assembly of export diesel motor cars,the two-stage vibration isolation system finite element model is established according to structural parameters.The frequency characteristics are mastered by system modal calculation;modal matching analysis is quantitatively performed on the basis of exciting force frequency characteristics;the harmonic response analysis of the system is carried out based on each exciting force frequency;the resonance between frame and unit is accurately judged by the analysis;and the mode matching analysis of rationality is verified.Forced vibration calculation of the system is carried out by applying all exciting forces under idle speed conditions.Then,vibration intensity and transmissibility of the system are obtained from these calculations.The results show that the vibration isolation performance of a two-stage vibration isolation system can satisfy the needs of practical projects,and the research results can provide a reference for practical engineering.
