软硬腭黏膜瓣修复腭瘘临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用部分软硬腭黏膜中间剖开向前翻转修复较大面积硬腭前端腭瘘的手术方法及治疗效果。方法较大面积硬腭前端腭瘘患者17例,均采用部分软硬腭黏膜中间剖开向前翻转的方法进行修复,观察术后治疗效果。结果成功修复前牙区硬腭腭瘘缺损14例;2例因硬腭前端瘘口合并齿槽裂且裂隙较宽,1例因术后伴有感染,未完全关闭瘘口,6个月后以唇黏膜瓣法修复成功。结论应用部分软硬腭黏膜中间剖开向前翻转的方法修复较大面积硬腭前端腭瘘操作简单易行,效果满意。Objective To explore and evaluate the method by cutting and turning the middle of palatal mucosal flap to repair anterior hard palate fistula.Methods Seventeen patients were used the method of cutting and turning the middle of palatal mucosa flap to repair anterior hard palatal fistula.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results The success rate was 100%.The follow-up survey for 2.0to 3.5years found no temperature stimulating pain,spontaneous pain or postoperative tooth pulp infections.The tooth root continued growing with the root tube wall thickening and apical foramen was closed.Conclusion The method of cutting and turning the middle of palatal mucosal flap is simple and satisfactory to repair large anterior hard palate fistula.
