摘　　要：随着辅助生殖技术在不孕症治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用,由此导致的单卵双胎发生率亦增高,了解单卵双胎的发生机制及影响因素,对于提高辅助生殖技术的安全性具有重要意义。本文就单卵双胎的发生机制及影响因素做一综述。The assisted reproductive technology（ART）has played an increasing important role in infertility treatment.ART has also resulted in increasing incidence of monozygotic twins.In order to improve the security of ART,it is important to understand the mechanism and influence factors of monozygotic twins.This paper reviews the generation mechanism and influence factors of monozygotic twins in ART.
