摘  要:带多处减轻孔的大型铝合金法兰采用了金属型低压铸造工艺,实现了批量生产。其特点是:对铸件24处内减轻盲孔的处理,采取了铁芯固定与不固定脱型工艺;为使金属型冷却速度加快,对金属型采取了吹风措施;通过下冷铁,将浇口设计为‘倒八’字,去掉浇口处的陶瓷保温套,缩短浇口补缩距离,延长浇口处凝固时间,提高了铸件补缩能力。Large aluminum flange is manufactured commonly by sand mold casting for releasing and feed- ing difficulties. To improve product efficiency and quality, decrease surface roughness, a larger alumi- num alloy flange with multi lightening holes was produced by metal mold low pressure casting, realizing continuous production. The 24 lightening blind holes in the aluminum alloy flange adopted iron-core fix- ture and dis-fixed core-pulling method. Wind-blowing for the metal mold was conducted to accelerate the cooling velocity . Through setting lower-cold iron, designing “reversen”gate and canceling ceramic sleeve as well as shortening feeding distance of riser and increasing solidification , feeding capacity of a- luminum alloy flange was improved.
