摘　　要：目的 了解不同严重度的阿尔茨海默病（AD）的社会轻信状况及其神经心理相关因素.方法 采用社会轻信量表（SVS）及多种神经心理测验评估37例遗忘型轻度认知障碍（aMCI）、36例轻度AD组、34例中重度AD和29例来源于社区的认知正常老年人.SVS包括15个项目、5级评分,并分为受骗和轻信2个因子. 结果 SVS总分在4组间差异有统计学意义,认知障碍愈重、SVS得分愈高.SVS总分与认知总分、记忆功能得分有显著相关性（P＜0.05）,与执行功能、注意功能、语言功能、空间结构能力、精神症状总分没有显著相关性（P＞0.05）.与正常老年人比较,轻信因子分在aMCI组、轻度AD组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,在中重度AD组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）. 结论 AD患者的社会轻信状况与记忆功能下降相关,与认知障碍严重程度相平行.Objective To investigate the social vulnerability and its neuropsychology related factors in patients with different severity of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）.Methods Social vulnerability scale （SVS）,and neuropsychological tests were performed on 136 participants,including 37 amnestic mild cognitive impairment （aMCI） patients,36 mild AD patients,34 moderate-to-severe AD patients from memory clinic and 29 normal cognitive participants from community.The SVS includes 15 items,5-point scale regarding the frequency with which the person exhibits the behavior of interest.The SVS is combined by two factors of gullibility and credulity.Results There were no significant differences in SVS score between the four groups.Higher score of SVS was associated with more deteriorated cognitive function.The score of SVS was highly correlated with both episodic memory score and the general cognitive score （all P〈0.05）.However,the correlations of the total score of SVS with the scores of executive function,attention,language,spatial structure and neuropsychiatric symptoms were not statistically significant （all P〉0.05）.Compared with normal control group,credulity factor score was significantly increased in cognitive impaired groups （all P〈 0.05）,especially in moderate to severe AD patients （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions The social vulnerability score is associated with the decline of general cognitive function and episodic memory.
