牙周基础治疗对伴有IgA肾病的慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液IL-1β、IL-6及尿IL-6、TGF-β_1的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究伴有IgA肾病的慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗前后龈沟液(GCF)中白细胞介素1(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及尿液中IL-6、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的变化。方法:选取伴有IgA肾病的慢性牙周炎患者40例(治疗组)和健康者20例(健康组)。对治疗组患者进行牙周基础治疗,采集2组临床参数、龈沟液及尿液样本。应用酶联免疫吸附法测定龈沟液IL-1β、IL-6及尿IL-6、TGF-β1浓度。结果:治疗组患者治疗前龈沟液IL-1β、IL-6均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者经过治疗后的PD、SBI、龈沟液IL-1β、IL-6及尿IL-6、TGF-β1水平较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗不仅能改善伴有IgA肾病的慢性牙周患者的局部炎症状况,还可以有效改善IgA肾病的病情,有利于牙周炎及IgA肾病的病情控制。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of periodontal initial therapy on gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） levels of interleukin-1β （IL-1β）,interleukin-6 （IL-6） and urinary IL-6 and Transforming growth factor β1 （TGF-β1） Levels in the chronic periodontitis patients with IgA nephropathy.Method：40 chronic periodontitis patients with IgA nephropathy （treatment group） and 20 healthy individuals （control group） were recruited in this study.All chronic periodontal patients received periodontal initial therapy.GCF and urine were collected before and after the treatment,and clinical indices were recorded.The levels of IL-1β,IL-6 in GCF and urinary IL-6,TGF-β1 levels were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays.Result：The levels of IL-1β,IL-6 in GCF of the treatment group were higher than control group （P ＜0.05）.Statistically significant differences were found in clinic indices （PD,SBI）,and the levels of IL-1 β,IL-6 in GCF and Urinary levels of IL-6,TGF-β1 decreased less than before the treatment （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion：In this study,great improvement were achieved for clinic indices,The levels of IL-1β,IL-6 in GCF and urinary IL-6,TGF-β1 levels with periodontal initial therapy,which suggested it would benefit for the health of chronic periodontitis patients with IgA nephropathy.
