摘 要:目的:比较临床常用的复合树脂(AP-X,Z250,Z350),在温度循环老化实验后抛光面粗糙度变化。方法:3种复合树脂(AP-X、Z250和Z350)制备8 mm×8 mm×4 mm样块,用3M Sof-Lex抛光彩碟研磨和抛光,经水浸泡及5/55℃冷热循环10000及20000次后,测量比较复合树脂样块的表面粗糙值(Ra)变化。结果:10000次温度循环后,Z250的Ra值由基线(0.173±0.035)μm下降至(0.158±0.045)μm(P=0.020)。20000次循环后,Z250的Ra值进一步下降至(0.141±0.034)μm与基线比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);AP-X和Z350的Ra值亦有下降趋势,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复合树脂经温度循环后可能出现二次被动抛光现象。Objective:To evaluate the effect of thermal aging process on surface roughness of several different dental composite resins.Method:Three types of composite resins (AP-X,Z250 and Z350) were fabricated as 8 mm × 8 mm ×4 mm cubical specimens.The surfaces were polished with abrasive disks (3M Sof-Lex).Profilometer was used to test the mean surface roughness (Ra) before and after an aging process (5 /55 ℃ thermal cycles for 10000 and 20000 times).Result:After 10000 cycles,the Ra of Z250 dropped form (0.173±-0.035)μm to (0.158±0.045)μm (P =0.020).After 20000 cycles,the Ra of Z250 proceeded to drop to (0.141±0.034) μm (comparing to baseline,P <0.001).Same tendency of Ra decreasing were detected also in AP-X and Z350.Conclusion:Composite resins might experience a process of positive secondary polishing.
