摘 要:目的:检测牙本质龋中化学成分的空间分布。方法:应用电子探针微区分析(EPMA)技术对牙本质龋中化学成分的空间分布进行检测。结果:牙本质龋中除含有主要的Ca、P、O元素外,尚含有Mg、Cl、Na、Al等微量元素;定点分析及面扫描分析显示,所形成的牙本质裂隙内Mg原子百分比、Mg/Ca摩尔比及Mg浓度均高于裂隙外,而其它微量元素含量在裂隙内、外无明显差异。结论:Mg是牙本质龋病变中优先丢失的成分之一,可能参与牙本质龋的脱矿和再矿化过程。Objective:To investigate the spatial distribution of the compositional elements in dentin caries.Method:The spatial distribution of the compositional elements in dentin caries was detected with electron probe microanalysis technique (EPMA).Result:Several minor elements (Mg,C1,Na,C1) were present in dentin caries,besides the major elements (Ca,P,O).Selected spot and map analyses of EPMA showed that the higer Mg atom percent,Mg / Ca moler ratio and Mg concentrations were found in the formed cracks of the dentin caries than outside,whereas there was no difference in other minor elements.Conclusion:Mg is one of the important minor elements which is preferentially lost in the dentin caries and might contribute to the demineralization and remineralization procedure of the dentin.
