镍钛再治疗器械去除根管内充填材料的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察镍钛再治疗器械应用于根管再治疗的临床效果。方法:选择需进行根管再治疗的第一磨牙120颗,其中根管塑化患牙30颗,牙胶根充患牙90颗。随机分为3组,分别使用K锉、Mtwo R和ProTaper D器械去除根管内的充填材料。记录根管扩通数、扩通所用时间、患牙疼痛情况以及器械损伤情况。结果:3种器械对同种根充材料的扩通率和术中疼痛发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。镍钛再治疗器械对根充材料的清除速度较K锉快,并且术后1周内疼痛几率更低(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛再治疗器械能快速清理根管内充填材料,并且能减少根管再治疗期间疼痛的发生。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of two nickel-titanium retreatment instruments for root filling material removal.Method：30 first permanent molars with resinifying therapy and 90 first permanent molars obturated with gutta-percha were collected and divided into 3 groups each.The root filling removed by K file、Mtwo R and ProTaper D respectively.The number of negotiated canal,time required,the rate of pain occurrence and the injury of Ni-Ti retreatment instruments were recorded.Result：There were no significant differences in the rates of negotiating and operating pain among the three instruments （P ＞0.05）.But Ni-Ti retreatment instruments were significantly faster and more effective in eliminating postoperative pain than k file for root filling material removal （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion：Ni-Ti retreatment instrument is proved to be effective in removing root filling material and eliminating postoperative pain in root canal retreatment.
