头颈部孤立性纤维性肿瘤的临床病理及治疗(附5例报道)

摘　　要：回顾性分析5例头颈部孤立性纤维性肿瘤的临床病理资料。其中男性3例,女性2例。CT检查显示肿瘤为边界清楚的孤立性包块,密度尚均匀,增强CT扫描病灶实性部分明显强化。5例均行完整手术切除,病理确诊为孤立性纤维性肿瘤,并且肿瘤免疫组织化学显示CD34及Vimentin均为阳性。术后随访6-25月,未见肿瘤复发。The clinical data of 5 cases of head and neck solitary fibrous tumor （SFT） were reviewed retrospectively. There were 3 males and 2 females. CT findings showed solitary masses with well-defined margin and homogeneous density. On enhanced CT scans the tissue displayed distinct intensity. Complete resection was performed in 5 patients. The diagnosis was confirmed by post-operative pathology and the expression of CD34 and Vimentin in tumor cells were immunohistochemically positive in all cases. In a follow-up of 6 - 25 months, no patients presented recurrence.
