摘　　要：目的探讨颅内血管外皮细胞瘤(HPC)MR影像特征。方法回顾性分析13例HPC患者MR影像资料与术中表现及免疫组化染色的病理标本结果。结果 13例增强扫描后肿瘤明显强化。10例肿瘤呈分叶状改变,内见囊变、坏死。8例T2WI呈高信号。9例弥散加权成像上呈明显高信号。8例肿瘤内部可见迂曲的血管信号影。结论 HPC影像学表现具有一定特征性,肿瘤呈分叶状形态、T2WI呈等高信号及DWI呈高信号和肿瘤内部迂曲的血管影等是诊断HPC重要征象。Objective To investigate the MR imaging features of hemangiopericytcoma（HPC）. Methods MR image data of 13 patients with HPC were retrospectively analyzed, which were compared with the findings in operation and pathological results of immumohistochemical staining. Results The tumors in 13 cases were significantly augmented after enhancement scanning. The lobulated-changes, cystic degeneration and necrosis inside tumors were seen in 10 cases. The tumors in 8 cases were with high signals on T2WI, which in 9 cases were with obviously high signals on diffusion weighted imaging（DWI） and in 10 cases with circuitous vessels signals inside. Conclusion MR imaging of HPC has certain characteristics. The tumors in lobulated shapes, high T2WI and DWI signals and circuitous vessels inside are the important indicators for the diagnosis of HPC.
