摘　　要：例l女，55岁，因左耳反复流脓伴血丝半年于2012年1月18日来我科就诊。中耳薄层CT示病灶位于左中耳及外耳道。于1月21日经口气管插管全身麻醉下手术，术中见肿瘤位于左侧上鼓室及外耳道，术中冷冻切片病检提示鳞状细胞癌，遂行左侧中耳扩大根治术。Summary Retrospective analysis of two cases of advanced carcinoma of the middle ear. Two patients under- went operation and radiotherapy. A case developed extensive necrosis in ear and neck, which finally led to lethal hemorrhage. Multiple relapse with cranial fossa invasion and extensive necrosis was found in the other case.
