探讨急性脑血管合并心血管病的心电图特点与临床意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨急性脑血管合并心血管病的心电图特点，以辅助临床上运用心电图对该病的诊治和预后评估。方法选取2013年在内蒙古国际蒙医院治疗的急性脑血管合并心血管病患者76例，所有患者均在发病后12小时内行心电图检查，并在住院治疗3周内行心电图检查5次。对所有患者的心电图检查进行回顾性分析，总结急性脑血管合并心血管病的心电图特点与临床意义。结果所有患者中，有58例有不同程度的心电图改变，比例为76.32%，心电图改变主要为 st-t 段异常和各种类型的心律失常。在患者病情变化时，一部分患者的心电图产生了相应的变化。结论心电图可随急性脑血管合并心血管病患者的病情发生相应的变化，对病情和预后的评估具有一定的参考意义。但其临床意义有限，需结合患者的临床表现其他辅助检查结果。Objective to explore the characteristics of electrocardiogram （ecg） acute cerebrovascular merger cardiovascular disease, to assist the clinical use of electrocardiogram （ecg） on the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and prognosis evaluation. Methods to select 2013 years in our hospital treatment of acute cerebrovascular merger in 76 cases in patients with cardiovascular disease in all patients incidence after 12 hours adept ecg examination, and electrocardiogram （ecg） in hospitalized three weeks check 5 times. for all of the patients ecg examination were analyzed retrospectively, summary of acute cerebrovascular combined cardiovascular disease characteristics and clinical significance of electrocardiogram （ecg）. Results all patients, 58 cases have different degree of ecg changes, compared with 76.32%, abnormal ecg changes mainly for st -t segment and various types of arrhythmia. When patients condition change, part of the electrocardiogram （ecg） in patients with the corresponding change. Conclusions ecg can follow the condition of acute cerebrovascular combined cardiovascular disease have corresponding change, condition and prognosis assessment has certain reference significance. But its clinical significance is limited, should be combined with clinical manifestations of patients with other auxiliary examination results.
