摘　　要：目的：全面了解精神发育迟滞患者的临床特征，探索评价其治疗效果。方法选取在我院进行住院治疗的64例精神患者，对其一般资料、临床特征、治疗用药等进行统计分析。分别在入院时、治疗四个月后对患者各方面能力进行表格测定评价。结果精神发育迟滞患者不仅存在智力损害与生活自理能力低下，同时也有精神行为、个性障碍，进行治疗后病情有所控制。结论精神发育迟滞患者存在的障碍主要有个性障碍、行为障碍，临床中进行药物治疗的同时加强护理有助于病情好转。Objective to do a comprehensive understanding of the clinical features of patients with mental retardation,to explore the evaluate its therapeutic effects. Methods select 64 cases of mental patients with spirit hospitalized in our hospital,the general information, clinical characteristics, treatment were analyzed. to form various aspects ability evaluation for patients respectively on admission, four months after treatment.Results not only is there the mental damage in patients with mental retardation and life self-care ability is low, but also have mental behavior, personality disorder,after a treatment condition control.Conclusion the main obstacles exist in patients with mental retardation are personality disorders and behavior disorders,drug treatment at the same time to strengthen nursing helps to get better.
