摘  要:目的分析兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利对胃食管反流患者的胃食管动力学及胃电活动指标的影响。方法选取2010年1月-2012年1月收治的136例胃食管反流患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各68例,对照组给予兰索拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用莫沙必利。将两组患者治疗前与治疗后2周、4周、12周的胃食管动力学指标及胃电参数进行比较。结果观察组治疗后2周、4周、12周的胃食管动力学指标及胃电参数均明显优于对照组,且观察组治疗后胃食管动力学指标及胃电参数呈进行性升高(P<0.05)。结论兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利对胃食管反流患者的胃食管动力学及胃电活动指标的影响较大,治疗效果较好。Objective To study the influence of lansoprazole combined with mosapride on the gastric and esophageal dynamics and gastric electrical activity indexes of patients with gastroesophageal reflux. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2012 were selected as research object, and randomly divided into control group (68 cases) and observation group (68 cases) , patients of control group were given lansoprazole, based on the control group, observation group were given mosapride. Gastric and esophageal dynam- ics and gastric electrical activity indexes of two groups before treatment and at 2ha, 4th and 12'h week after the treatment were compared. Results The gastric and esophageal dynamics and gastric electrical activity indexes of observation group at 2^nd , 4^th and 12^th week after the treatment were all obviously better than those in control group, those indexes of observation group were increased progressively after treatment (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The influence of lansoprazole combined with mosapride for the gastric and esophageal dynamics and gastric electrical activity indexes of patients with gastroesophageal reflux diease is obvious, the effect is better.
