摘 要:采用初始位移法对驶入式钢货架进行了自由振动试验,测出货架的自由振动衰减曲线。研究了支撑布置形式、货物、货物通道个数等因素对货架的自振频率和阻尼比的影响。试验结果表明,货架近似按照第一阶振型振动;布置顶部水平支撑对货架自振频率和阻尼比没有影响,而加设背部竖向支撑会改变货架的动力特性;货架装载的货物会减小货架的自振频率。对货架进行了有限元模拟,数值计算得到的基本频率和自由振动曲线与试验结果吻合得较好。对于没有设置竖向支撑的货架,提出了计算其基本频率的有限元简化计算模型。The free vibration tests were performed to investigate the dynamic properties of steel drive-in storage racks with the initial displacement method. The influential factors,such as,number of bays,bracing configuration and goods pallets were taken into consideration. The test results indicated that the tested racks vibrate according to their first modal shape; top plane bracings have no influence on the natural frequencies and damping ratios of racks,but adding back spine bracings can change the dynamic properties of racks; the goods loaded in drive-in racks make their natural frequencies smaller. These tests were numerically simulated using the finite element method. The calculated results for the fundamental frequencies and free-vibration response curves of the tested racks agreed well with those of the test results. In order to estimate the fundamental frequencies of drive-in racks without back spine bracings,simplified calculation models with 2D beam elements were proposed.
