摘　　要：针对某国产轻型载货汽车未达到产品设计目标要求的现状,在采取理论计算分析未找出解决方法的情况下,决定采用试验方法进行油耗优化。在采用优化发动机喷油提前角及共轨压力参数,各种轮胎优选试验,传动系各总成效率试验分析后,找出最佳的匹配参数,对其它整车性能参数进行试验验证,也符合设计要求。Aiming at the light truck fuel consumption of the standard JT719, a certain lighttruck does not reach the design value, the test method for fuel consumption optimization is adopt when theoretical analysis did not find out ways to solve the case Through the optimization of the engine fuel injection advance angle and the common rail pressure parameters, many tires choice test, effective of transmission system test and analysis, the optimal matching parameters are found out, and the design requirements for other vehicle performance are also fulfilled.
