摘  要:郁江双线特大桥主桥(36+96+228+96+36)m是国内首座高速铁路钢桁梁斜拉桥。高速铁路高平顺性及安全性要求,对大跨度钢桁梁斜拉桥结构设计及建造技术均提出了更高的要求,需要系统研究与解决。根据主桥钢桁梁主桥塔梁结构半漂浮体系及上弦锚箱挂索结构设计创新特点,结合桥位地质、通航等复杂因素影响,对钢桁梁斜拉桥建造主要技术进行综述,并重点阐述主桥下部基础钻孔桩与钢围堰同步施工,围堰不分仓封底混凝土浇筑施工,主塔与钢桁梁拼装同步施工,以及主桥钢桁梁不对称悬拼及跨中合龙等新技术、新工艺,取得良好效果。The main bridge of Yujiang River Double-line super major bridge,( 36 + 96 + 228 + 96 + 36) m long,is the first domestic high-speed railway cable-stayed bridge with steel truss girder. Considering the high level of smooth and safety of high-speed railway,higher requirements are put forward on the structure design and construction technology of large span steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge,which needs systematic research and settlement. According to the semifloating system of tower girder of steel truss girder as well as the innovation characteristics of cables structures design,together with the impact from various factors like geology and navigation,elaboration is made on the main technologies of building steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge. In addition,some new technologies and techniques are emphasized,for example,synchronous construction of foundation bored piles and steel cofferdam under the main bridge,construction of bottom sealing by concrete casting in cofferdam,synchronous assembling of the main tower and the steel truss girder,asymmetric hanging-assembling of steel truss girder and closure in midspan. It can be used as reference for other similar bridge projects.
