摘　　要：结合实际系统地分析了CAE技术在塑料模具教学中的重要性,根据市场调研CAE技术的应用情况,从市场需求、人才质量、教学质量和就业面向等方面分析了CAE技术引入的必要性。Combining with the actual ,the importance of CAE in plastic mould is systematically analyzed ,according to market research of the CAE application ,the CAE teaching mode is introduced to analyze the necessity from the market demand ,talent quality ,teaching quality and employment ,and make it more suitable for the need of talent market ,in order to effectively promote teaching reform and innovation of plastic mold and improve the quality of personnel training .
