基于波特竞争优势资源论的高校学生会建设

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,当代青年思想和需求的多元化、差异化特征越发明显,各种性质定位不一的学生组织也随之涌现。高校学生会作为历史最悠久、积淀最深厚的学生组织之一,应该如何在现有资源条件下结合新时代的特征与要求,进一步发挥应有的作用,是一个急需思考和解决的重要问题。新形势下,高校学生会可借鉴波特的竞争优势资源论,充分运用总成本领先战略、差别化战略以及专一化战略促进自身建设发展。With the development of science, technology and society, the thinking pattern and needs of young generation is increasingly characterized by being pluralistic and diversified. The student organizations with different nature and at different levels have emerged prominently. Being one of the organizations with longest history and greatest cohesion, how can Student Union perform its function better to meet the new characteristics and de- mand with the present resources and under current condition？ This is an important issue which needs consideration and solution. The paper holds that in the development of the union, the theory of the Potter＇s competitive advantage theory can be applied, together with total cost priority strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy.
