清胞饮对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变术后患者妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨清胞饮辅助治疗对子宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)行宫颈环切术(LEEP)后患者妊娠结局的影响。方法将宫颈内瘤样病变行LEEP术后的162例妇女分为治疗组和对照组各81例,治疗组术后应用清胞饮和复方黄柏液治疗,对照组术后应用复方黄柏液治疗,比较2组妊娠结局。结果治疗组治愈率98%,对照组治愈率80%,2组用药后HPV持续阳性、治愈率比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。2组足月阴道分娩数、剖宫产率比较均无显著性差异。治疗组阴道分娩的产程较对照组短(P<0.05),无新生儿窒息,无宫颈功能不全者。结论宫颈CIN行LEEP术后辅以清胞饮治疗,治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应少,对要求保留生育功能的患者是安全有效的方法,且不影响其分娩结局。Objective It is to explore the effect of Qingbao decoction on pregnancy outcome of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（ CIN） after loop eelectrosurgical excision procedure（ LEEP）. Methods 162 pregnant women with CIN undergoing LEEP were divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 81 cases. After operation the treatment group was treated with Qingbaoyin decoction and compound Huangbai liquid,and the control group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid. The pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate was 98% in treatment group and 80% in control group,after therapy there was significant difference in cure rates in HPV- positive ones between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in full-term vaginal delivery rate,cesarean section rates between the two groups. Vaginal delivery stage of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. no newborn asphyxia and cervical insufficiency was found. Conclusion The treatment with LEEP combined with Qingbaoyin decoction for CIN has high cure rate and low recurrence rate with less side effect. This therapy is a safe and effective method for the patients who need preserving fertility,and do not affect their outcome of pregnancy.
