耳穴埋豆联合盐酸托烷司琼减轻结直肠癌术后化疗患者胃部不适临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴埋豆联合盐酸托烷司琼减轻结直肠癌术后化疗患者胃部不适的临床疗效。方法将112例结直肠癌术后化疗患者分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。两组均于化疗当天静脉滴注盐酸托烷司琼,观察组在化疗前1天给予耳穴埋豆,评价两组胃部不适(恶心、呕吐)情况。结果观察组、对照组恶心呕吐发生率分别为42.9%、67.9%;组间胃部不适情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合盐酸托烷司琼可有效减轻结直肠癌术后化疗患者的胃部不适。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupoint embedment therapy and Tropisetron hydrochloride for stomach discomfort in colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods One hundred and twelve cases were randomized into treatment group and control group,with the course of 56 cases.Both groups were treated by injection of Tropisetron hydrochloride at the same day of chemotherapy. The observation group was treated by auricular acupoint embedment therapy one day before chemotherapy. The stomach discomfort symptoms（ vomiting and nausea） were evaluated. Results The occurrence rate of vomiting and nausea was 42. 9% in the observation group,and 67. 9% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined auricular acupoint embedment therapy and Tropisetron hydrochloride can effectively allivate the stomach discomforts in colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients.
