摘　　要：针对民办高校化工专业,从学生的基础、学校的办学条件、行业特点和社会对人才的需求情况出发,对人才培养目标进行准确的定位,在专业特色和学生职业素养培养等方面进行了初步探索和实践,努力培养具有特色、适应化工行业需求的现场工程师。According to the chemical institutions of professional , embarks from student's foundation , the school condition, the characteristics of the industry and the social demand for talents,accurate positioning of tal-ent training was.established.A preliminary exploration and practice in specialty and student occupation literacy training was conducted to cultivate the characteristics of the spot engineer.
