摘 要:纸机的干燥部是造纸厂热能消耗的最主要部分,也是节能减排工作的重点,不同的干燥方式,能源的利用效率各不相同,能源成本也存在较大差异。本文介绍了蒸汽烘缸干燥及气罩系统以及常用于涂布纸的红外干燥、热风干燥的基本原理、能源利用效率及使用成本等,并定量计算进行了说明。从辐射的原理入手,详细解释电红外与燃气红外的异同,澄清人们对这两种红外干燥器能源利用效率的误解,文中的计算结果也为干燥系统的选用或优化提供了数据支持。In a paper machine, the dryer section is the biggest consumer of energy, and should be a major focus of efforts to conserve energy and reduce emissions. There are a variety of different drying methods, each with differing energy efficiency and costs. This article explores steam cylinder drying and dryer hood systems as well drying of coated paper with infrared drying, impingement or lfotation drying, and the basic principles of energy efficiency and cost management. Examples of quantitative calculations are included. In the section on radiant drying, a detailed explanation of electrical and gas-ifred infrared drying is provided including similarities and differences in order to clarify common misunderstandings of these related infrared dryer systems. This information is intended to help paper mills in dryer selection and optimization of performance based on the technical information provided herein.
