摘　　要：在高等院校环境科学人才培养中,存在固有专业教学内容体系落后于经济发展及社会生产新形势下受众(学生及人才市场)需求改变的问题,为解决教学内容及教学形式难以满足大学生学习诉求及市场需求的矛盾,在原有教学体系的基础上,我们进行改革与完善,整合优化教学资源,采用拓宽专业基础与特色培养相结合的对策、增加研讨教学内容、开展科研创新训练,提高学生综合能力及个性需要,以适应人才市场及行业变化的规律。In the environmental science talents training of colleges and universities, there exists the prob- lem that the inherent professional teaching content system falls behind economic development and change of audiences＇ （students and personnel market） demand under new social situation. To solve the problem, a series measures are adopted, such as, optimizing the teaching resources, broadening specialty founda- tion and characteristic training, adding research-and-discussion teaching content, developing creative training program to raise the student＇s comprehensive ability. In this way, students can develop their own personality to meet the market needs and adapt to the change of the industry.
