社区心理社会康复对改善精神分裂症患者婚姻质量和家庭功能的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨社区心理社会康复对改善精神分裂症患者婚姻质量和家庭功能的影响。方法将已经出院的精神分裂症患者分为干预组和对照组,每组各100例,干预组进行为期12个月的综合干预。干预前、干预第12个月进行Olson婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)和家庭功能评定量表(FAD)调查与评定。结果干预组干预第12月ENRICH总分、夫妻交流、角色平等性得分明显高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05),FAD总分、沟通、问题解决得分明显低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区心理社会康复可以有效改善精神分裂症患者的婚姻质量和家庭功能。Objective To investigate the effect of community psychosocial rehabilitation on the marriage quality and family function of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Two hundred patients with schizophrenia discharged from the hospital after relief of psychotic symptoms were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. All patients were observed before and after 12 months of intervention. Olson marriage quality questionnaire（ENRICH）,family assessment table（ FAD） were used for evaluation. Results The total score of ENRICH,and its factor score（ communication between husband and wife,equality of role） in intervention group after 12 months were higher than those before intervention or in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total score of FAD,and its factor score（communication between husband and wife,solving problems）in intervention group after 12 months were lower than those before intervention or in control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Community psychosocial rehabilitation could effectively improve marriage quality and family function of patients with schizophrenia.
