摘　　要：肿瘤的生长和转移与血管有着密切的关系,抑制肿瘤血管生成可以调节肿瘤的生长。近年来,抑制肿瘤新生血管的药物已成为药学领域的研究热点,一些新生血管抑制剂已经进入临床试验阶段,本文对抗肿瘤血管生成的理论进行了概述,并总结了新生血管生成抑制剂的临床研究情况。The growth and metastasis of tumor had a lose relationship with blood vessels,and inhibition of tumor angiogenesis can regulate tumor growth. In recent years,the drugs of inhibiting tumor angiogenesis became a hot research in the field of pharmacy,and some angiogenesis inhibitors entered clinical trials. The theory of tumor angiogenesis was outlined and the clinical studies of angiogenesis inhibitors were summarized.
