摘　　要：以高分子材料与工程专业为例,探索了在医药院校中非医药专业的应用型人才培养新模式。通过对珠三角地区高分子材料相关企业调研,科学论证,建立了高分子材料与工程专业的人才培养目标,结合医药院校的优势,发掘办学特色。以强基础为原则,优化理论课程体系;以重实践为原则,强化实验实践性教学体系。并阐述本专业在校内实验基地建设以及创立校企共同育人机制等方面的探索。Taking the case of polymer materials and engineering,the applied talent- training model of non-pharmaceutical major in pharmaceutical universities was discussed. Target confirmation of professional cultivation,the optimization of course system,construction of intramural experiment base,and the joint training mechanism with school and enterprise were emphasized in detail.
