摘　　要：肺原发骨肉瘤是一种极其罕见的恶性肿瘤,预后差。大多数患者在发病后1年内死亡。手术是该病的主要治疗手段,多学科综合治疗可能改善预后。肿瘤大小是影响预后的最主要因素。Primary pulmonary extraosseous osteosarcoma is an exceedingly rare malignant tumor with a poor prognosis. Most of the lung osteosarcoma patients died within 1 year after symptom onset, Radical resection plays an important role in the treatment of primary pulmonary extraosseous osteosarcoma, while multidisciplinary treatment may also help improve the prognosis. The size of the primary lung tumor is probably the most important prognostic factor.
