基于学术博客的个人知识管理研究——以科学网博客为例

摘　　要：作为新型的学术交流平台,学术博客备受学者关注。文章从系统和用户两个角度来梳理学术博客的相关研究,主要包括学术博客的信息组织和用户间的知识交流。研究表明,信息组织中的标签的规范性、语义检索等还需进一步改善,针对用户知识创新的研究相对较少。最后,以科学网博客为例,对用户个人知识管理过程以及知识管理中的社交关系进行探讨,指出学术博客中个人知识管理的意义。As a late-model platform of academic information exchange, scholars pay more and more attention to academic blogs. Researches on knowledge organization and of academic blog and users＇ communication are summarized from the views of system and users. Researches show that standard of tags and semantic retrieval are necessary in the future, and the attention of users＇ knowledge innovation is required. Taking ScienceNet as an example, users＇ personal knowledge management process and knowledge management in social relations are discussed. At last, meanings of personal knowledge management of academic blog are pointed out.
