DOG1在胃肠间质瘤中的表达价值

摘　　要：目的检测明确诊断为胃肠间质瘤(GIST)患者中DOG1的表达,探讨DOG1对GIST的诊断价值。方法收集GIST外科术后病理标本112份,同时收集胃肠平滑肌瘤34例及正常胃粘膜30例作为对照。应用免疫组化Envision法检测GIST标本中DOG1的表达,同时检测CD 117、CD 43的表达情况,并与胃肠平滑肌瘤、正常胃粘膜进行对照分析。结果 1DOG1在GIST中的阳性表达率为96.4%,敏感性为96.4%,特异性为98.4%。2在GIST标本中,不同性别、年龄、部位、危险度及细胞学分类之间DOG1阳性表达率的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。3DOG1和CD117共同表达阳性者98例,阳性率为83.1%。DOG1在GIST中的阳性率高于CD 117,其间差异无显著性(P>0.05);DOG1在GIST中的阳性率高于CD 34,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 1DOG1在GIST中的表达与性别、年龄、发生部位、细胞学分类无关。2DOG1在GIST的诊断上优于CD 34。3DOG1不能作为GIST危险度分级的依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of D（）G1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST） by detection of DOG1 expression. Methods Postoperative specimens of 112 cases with GIST were diagnosed by Diagnostic Criteria of Chinese gastrointestinal stromal tumors. The 34 cases of leiomyoma and 30 casesof normal gastric mucosa were selected as control group. Immunohistochemical Envision technique was used to assess the expression of DOG1 in 112 cases of GIST in comparison with 34 cases of Leiomyoma and 30 cases of normal gastrointestinal mueosa. Results Positive expression rate of DOG1 of GIST group was 96.4%（108/112）, The specificity of DOG1 was 98.4%. Of 112 GIST, DOG1 expression was not related to the gender, age, site, the risk stratification of tumor and cytological classification of the patient （P〉0.05）. Of 112 GIST, the positive rate of CDll7 was 90.2%（101/112）. Coexpression of DOG1 and CDl17 was found in 98 cases （83. 1%） （P〉0. 05）. Of 112 GIST, CD34 was positive in 77 cases （68. 8%）. （P〈Q0.05）. Conclusion Of 112 GIST, DOG1 expression is not related to the gender, age, site, the risk of tumor and cy tological classification of the patient. DOG1 superior in the diagnosis of GIST CD34. The DOG1 cannot be used as the basis of the risk classification of GIST.
