舒肝解郁胶囊治疗稳定性心绞痛伴抑郁障碍患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊治疗伴抑郁障碍冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将48例冠心病稳定性心绞痛同时伴抑郁障碍的患者,随机分为对照组和舒肝解郁组各24例,两组患者均给予冠心病心绞痛的常规药物治疗,舒肝解郁组患者加服舒肝解郁胶囊0.72g,每日2次。分别于治疗前、治疗后8周测定患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、西雅图心绞痛调查问卷(SAQ)及全血粘度和血浆粘度。结果与对照组比较,舒肝解郁组治疗8周后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分明显下降(P<0.01),西雅图心绞痛调查问卷(SAQ)评分明显提高(P<0.01),全血粘度及血浆粘度明显降低(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论舒肝解郁胶囊治疗伴抑郁障碍的冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者具有一定疗效,能明显提高患者的生活质量,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effat of Shugan Jieyu capsules in the treatment of depression with stable angina pectoris. Methods 48 patients with depression and stable angina pectoris were randornly dinded into Sbugan Jieyu treatment group and control group. Each group enrolled 24 patlents. All patients were treated with conventiond treatment of coronary heart disease. Patients in the Shugan Jieyu treatment group were given Shugan Jieyu capsules 0.72g twice a day. Before and after 8 weeks treatment, the two groups were assigned with Harnilton pepression scale （HAMD）, the Seattle Angina Questionnaire （SAQ） ,and whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Results Compared with control group, the HAMD score of Sbugan Jieyu treatment group was significantly decreased （P〈0.01）,SAQ score was significantly improved（P〈0.01）, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, after 8 weeks treatment, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule had a certain effect in the treatment of depression with stable angina pectoris and it can improve patient quality of life.
