摘  要:目的研究家长口腔健康素养在学生牙病防治中的作用。方法将小学一年级学生和家长纳入研究,随机分为给予口腔知识健康教育的观察组和不给予口腔知识健康教育的对照组,观察家长的口腔健康知识知晓率,学生的口腔保健知识知晓率、患龋率、龋齿充填率。结果观察组家长口腔疾病诱因、口腔疾病症状、口腔日常保健知识、口腔疾病治疗的知晓率分别为(98%、97%、99.5%和97.5%),学生口腔疾病诱因、口腔疾病症状、口腔日常保健知识、口腔疾病治疗的知晓率分别为(86%、94%、93%和88%),龋齿填充率为94.4%,均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);患龋发生率(9%)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);家长口腔健康的知晓情况与学生患龋情况呈负相关,与学生龋齿填充情况呈正相关。结论口腔知识健康教育有助于改善家长的口腔健康素养以及学生的牙病发生情况,且家长口腔健康素养与学生患龋情况、龋齿填充情况密切相关。Objective To study the effect of oral health literacy of parents in preventing and treating students' odontopathy. Methods First grade primary school students and their parents were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given oral health knowledge education and control group not given oral health knowledge education. Then oral health knowledge awareness rate of parents and tooth decay rate and caries filling rate of student were observed. Results Observation group parents students′ oral disease cause, oral disease symptom, daily oral health knowledge, oral disease treatment (98 %, 97 %, 99.5 %, 97%), students′ oral disease cause, oral disease symptom, daily oral health knowledge, oral disease treatment (86 %, 94 %, 93%, 94 %), caries filling rate (94.4 %) were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0. 05) ; With the incidence of caries (9%) were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05) ;oral health knowledge awareness of parents were negatively correlated with tooth decay rate of student and positively correlated with caries filling rate of student. Conclusion Oral health knowledge education is helpful to improve oral health literacy of parents and students' odontopathy, oral health literacy of parents are closely related to tooth decay rate and caries filling rate of student.
