摘　　要：医学生人文素质教育正日益受到医学教育界及全社会的重视,而学习传统文化是提升医学生人文素质的最佳途径。该文阐述传统文化对于医学生成长的特殊引领作用,分析传统文化和人文素质教育相结合的有效方式,为更好地开展医学生人文素质教育工作提供参考。The humanistic quality education for medical students is paid more and more attention by the medical education field and the whole society,and learning the Chinese traditional culture is the best way to improve medical students＇ humanistic quality. This article expounds Chinese traditional culture＇s special leading role to medical students＇ growth,analyzes the effective combination of Chinese traditional culture and the humanities quality education,and provides a reference for the better conduct of medical humanities education.
