摘　　要：高等职业技术教育人才培养模式创新工作目前属于我国教育研究热点领域,由于长期以来以同质化为特点的精英教育传统,使我们的高等职业教育受到理论型、学术化的影响。必须创新人才培养模式,使高职教育向能力本位回归,其突破口应当是能力培养与养成。The innovation of the new personnel training mode of high vocational education lists as one of the hot fields in educational research in China nowadays.Owing to the long-time influence from the traditional elite education which characterizes with treating students as a homogeneous group,high vocational educa-tion tends to be more theoretical and academic in teaching.It’s time that high vocational education innova-ted its training mode to achieve a competency-based teaching system,with an emphasis on ability cultiva-tion.
