摘  要:针对随着互联网的发展和普及,协同创新社区成为顾客参与企业创新活动的重要途径的现状,提出了一种协同创新社区中领先用户的识别方法。首先,基于领先用户的相关理论,提出了用于识别领先用户的评价指标;其次,采用朴素贝叶斯分类等数据挖掘方法对用户留存在创新社区中的内容信息和互动信息进行分析,计算出用户的各项评价指标值,进而对各评价指标值进行综合,获得各用户的"领先性"得分,并甄选出创新社区中具有出色创新能力和积极创新意愿的领先用户;最后,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。Development and popularization of the internet expands the interactive mode between enterprise and customer.Online community is becoming an important way through which customers can participate in innovation activities of the enterprises.A method for identifying the lead users in online community was proposed.Firstly,based on lead user-related theory,the assessment indicators for lead user identification were presented.Secondly,the methods of data mining,such as naive Bayesian classification,were used to analyze the users' information which was stored in online community;then each assessment indicator was calculated.Thirdly,all indicators were synthesized to get the " lead status value" of each user and the lead users who have outstanding innovation ability and active innovation intention can be screened.Finally,the validity of the proposed method was demonstrated through an example.
