摘　　要：通过对TrFO的原理和优势进行分析,结合现网VoIP改造后TC资源负荷增加情况,提出了开通TrFO应用来缓解TC资源负荷的方案;同时,还对TrFO相关案例进行详细探讨,为全国核心网VoIP改造后开通TrFO功能提供了参考。Based on the analysis of hhe principle and advantage of TrFO, the scheme in which TrFO application are opened to release TC resource load is put forward in the light of He increase ofTC resource load after VoIP transformation of current 3G mobile communication SyStem; in the time corresponding cases of TrFO are discussed in detail to provide domestic core network with a reference to open TrFO function after VoIP transformation
