摘　　要：以4-羟基香豆素和水杨醛为原料,在哌啶催化下,甲苯中回流反应,得到具抗真菌活性的天然化合物Frutinone A及其类似物,该方法具有步骤少、环境友好、收率较高等优点。The natural fungicidal compounds, Frutinone A and its derivatives, were synthesized by refluxing 4-hydroxyxoumarins and salicylaldehyde in toluene. The catalyst was piperidine. This method has the advantages of brief reaction steps, environmental friendliness and higher yield.
